Matayoshi Kobudō Weapons
Rokushakubo (Kon or Bo): A six foot staff made of hardwood, generally used for carrying buckets
Sai: A three pronged truncheon
Kama: Farmers sickle
Suruchin: Stone tied to a rope of varying lengths (90, 150, 180 or 240cm) used to hit or wrap around an attacker.
Tunqua (tonfa): A side-handled baton (originally handle for mortar or handmill)
Nunchaku: A thrashing and trapping weapon. Two sticks (length of wrist to elbow) connected by rope.
Ueku: Boat oar
Manji Sai: Closely related to Sai but with the tsuka (handle) being a bit longer and pointed and one of the tsuba (prong) going in the opposite direction.
Sansetsu Kon: Three 70 cm sticks chained together.

Tinbe-Rochin: Shield & Spear or Sword traditionally a shield made from woven bamboo covered with hide and a short spear or machete
